Junior Netball
West Ivanhoe Netball Club currently have Junior (9/u, 11/u, 13/u, 1/u5 & 17/u) teams playing in the Banyule and Disricts Netball competition at Macleod Stadium on Saturdays.
We warmly welcome new junior players of all ages and experience levels.
Our vision is to provide all local children and adults the opportunity to participate in the sport of netball.
Our mission is to promote, encourage and foster unity in our community netball club that allows its members to play netball and develop their netball skills in a fun, safe and fair environment, with the necessary equipment, facilities and personnel.
Our future is a club that embraces diversity and equality. A club that encourages and welcomes all children in the community to participate in the sport of netball. A club that creates an environment where children feel they belong to the greater community, to play with familiar friends and meet new friends. A safe environment to have fun.
Training
Training for each team is weekly, predominantly on Monday and Tuesdays. Training venuyes include Seddon Reserve, Ivanhoe Primary School and Macleod NETS Stadium.
Registration
Registration occurs twice a year - in November/ December and in June.
We request that new players to the club, email us for the most up-to-date information on availability. We operate a waitlist for new players and are able to add a new player to this list at all times of the year.
